This system is characterized by a high level of social and economic equality, as well as a commitment to universal healthcare, education, and social services. The trip to Ljubljana, Slovenia was a spontaneous trip with friends during the summer in 2018. We were bored and decided to travel to Slovenia due to its close proximity to Zagreb, Croatia. So, we drove over 1 hour from Croatia to Slovenia to explore the charming streets and experience the unique culture of this incredible destination. When we arrived in Slovenia we primarily walked through the city center, and was astonished by the colorful architecture and lively atmosphere of the city. The pedestrian-only streets made it easy to explore the city as everything we needed was within a walking distance. The city was so easy to navigate we walked for hours until we come across the magnificent Ljubljanski grad, the ancient castle that sits atop a hill overlooking the city. As soon as we arrive in London, my friends and I can feel the energy of the city all around us. We're all buzzing with excitement, eager to explore everything this incredible place has to offer. However, we were a bit taken aback by the obsurd prices for transportation from the airport to our Airbnb. The Black Cab prices cost us a £150 to our location which was near the center of London, which kinda limited our experience in the UK as we were able visit select few places due to high price for transportation. Regardless of the setback, the next day after arriving in UK our first stop was the iconic Big Ben clock tower. We snap some photos and take in the stunning architecture of the surrounding buildings. From there, we wander through the bustling streets of the city, taking in the sights and sounds of the vibrant neighborhoods around us.
