Why I Moved to Croatia

I decided to move to Croatia in 2018 due to the recommendation of a close of my friend, who was living here at the time. He describes the country as a beautiful place with amazing people. So, I decided to move to Croatia during the summer of 2018 and have been living in Zagreb ever since.

Reason to Move to Visit Croatia

Zagreb also has a well-developed transportation system, including trams, buses, and trains, which makes it easy to get around the city and travel to other parts of the country. The cost of living in Zagreb is generally lower than in many other European cities, which can be attractive to people looking for affordable living options. While visiting its not as expensive to eat out everyday and enjoy the various local cuisine. I would recommend trying Ćevapčići, Burek, Pršut, Pašticada, and Pag lamb.

However, like any city, Zagreb also has its challenges. One of the major issues that residents face is traffic congestion, which can make commuting and traveling within the city time-consuming and frustrating. The city can also experience harsh winters, with temperatures dropping well below freezing and heavy snowfalls

In terms of safety, Zagreb is generally considered a safe city, but like any city, it is important to take precautions and be aware of your surroundings, especially in crowded areas or at night. Overall, living in Zagreb can be a rewarding experience, with plenty of opportunities for entertainment, cultural experiences, and affordable living.
